Outside Sales:   Basic Purpose Develop business accounts with Commercial Property and Industrial Facility Managers through cold calling, direct sales and industry associations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Measure, estimate and deliver quotations for all Blue Chip services. Participate in all phases of jobs including sales, job set up and job management. Work with office and field employees to schedule and coordinate completion and collection of jobs.

Essential Education, Skills and Environment

Applicant does need industry experience with successful experience working with Commercial Property Managers a plus. Highly motivated Good listener Able to follow directions Self starter Attention to detail Ability to handle objections and rejection.
